HR Executive - Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations

About the role

Moris Media, a PR, digital marketing and reputation-management agency with more than 12 years of experience, is hiring an HR Executive in France. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to employee engagement, and involves working with a diverse group of people, including models and celebrities. It is a full-time, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: manage the recruitment cycle, source and screen candidates, run interviews, check references, negotiate offers and contracts
• Onboarding: design onboarding programs, run orientation sessions and coordinate resources for new hires
• Performance management: run performance reviews, give feedback, track performance data and set improvement plans
• Employee relations: address concerns and grievances, mediate conflicts and ensure compliance with labor laws
• HR administration: keep employee records, manage HR systems, assist with payroll and benefits, update policies and run HR audits
• Training and development: identify training needs, deliver sessions and evaluate their effectiveness
• Compensation and benefits: help design pay and benefits programs, run salary surveys and administer benefits such as health insurance and paid leave
• Engagement and culture: run engagement initiatives, organize events, run surveys and promote diversity and inclusion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a focus on recruiting; experience in the media or creative industry is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions and lead a team
• Dedicated workspace, reliable laptop and internet, and flexibility for occasional domestic and international travel

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation
