HR Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

Vilmorin-Mikado seeks an International HR Business Partner to drive HR operational excellence across its EMEA subsidiaries, including Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Turkey, Russia and the Export Area. Reporting to the Worldwide HR Director, you will work closely with local HR teams and General Managers to ensure consistent, harmonised HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and monitor the global HR strategy for the EMEA region.
• Implement Limagrain Group HR policies and projects across all subsidiaries.
• Guide, mentor and support local HR representatives and managers.
• Act as the bridge between headquarters and subsidiaries, providing coaching on key HR processes.
• Own all HR reporting for the assigned perimeter.
• Partner with business teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Serve as the EMEA HR ambassador and provide operational and strategic support for international mobility cases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable working in diverse, international environments.
