HR Business Delivery Advisor

About the role

Syneos Health is looking for an HR Business Delivery Advisor, working remotely. The role handles transactional and operational HR activities across several functional areas, including hiring, termination, labour law compliance, contract management, trainee and expatriate programmes and retirement processes. It also maintains personnel records, prepares statistical reports on employee demographics and skills inventory, coordinates with external agencies such as government bodies, insurers and unions, and oversees the implementation of total rewards programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex Tier 3 HR inquiries and issues in line with global HR standards.
• Provide performance guidance and engagement counselling to managers and employees.
• Deliver employee relations services, including performance management, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and workplace investigations.
• Support in-market talent initiatives, including planning and executing small- and large-scale restructurings.
• Work with the Regional Governance PSN Team to deliver in-market support at scale worldwide.
• Promote employee and manager self-service tools to improve the efficiency of HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global organisation.
• Experience in employee relations, including performance management and restructuring.
• Fluency in French and English.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and ability to communicate data and analytics findings.
• Ability to work in a global team and manage cross-cultural teams.
