Hotel General Manager – Paris

About the role

Outsite is looking for a proactive, service‑driven General Manager to lead its Paris location. This junior‑level position combines hands‑on property management with team leadership and commercial oversight, ensuring the property and guest experience meet Outsite’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, welcome guests in person and via messaging, and enforce house rules.
• Maintain the property in top condition through regular inspections, coordinate cleaning, stock supplies, and manage maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise a small local team in compliance with French labor law, handling scheduling, payroll inputs, and daily HR tasks.
• Foster community engagement by providing local recommendations and promoting the Outsite brand in Paris.
• Collaborate with the central Revenue team to optimise occupancy and ADR across direct and OTA channels, monitor competition, and own the property P&L within budget.

Required profile

• Based in Paris or Île‑de‑France, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in French and English.
• Professional, reliable, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Outgoing, personable, and aligned with Outsite’s mission and values.
