About the role

The company is looking for 10 enthusiastic hosts/hostesses to welcome students and distribute gift vouchers during the back‑to‑school period. The position starts on 7 September and involves working morning shifts from Monday to Friday in Troyes. You will work closely with the event coordination team to ensure smooth distribution and a positive experience for all participants.

Key responsibilities

• Greet students and provide a friendly first impression.
• Hand out pre‑prepared gift vouchers according to the daily schedule.
• Assist with answering basic questions about the voucher program.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and keep distribution materials organized.
• Follow the assigned timetable and report any issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Available to work weekday mornings on a temporary basis.
• Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Presentable appearance and ability to interact with a young audience.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to stand for several hours.
