Host/Hostess – Brasserie Benjamin, Winter 26/27

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a Host/Hostess for its Brasserie Benjamin in Megeve for the winter 2026/27 season. The Host is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant and is responsible for delivering exceptional quality and service in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with pleasant, efficient and professional service according to Four Seasons standards.
• Handle telephone calls and take reservations.
• Inform and guide customers.
• Manage the reservation book, adapting to each customer's needs, and give the service team the table plan requested by management.
• The role requires constant adaptation to periods of high activity and specific customer relationship management.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France at the time of application.
• Fluency in French and English.
