Head of Housekeeping (Superyacht)

About the role

Amadea Yacht is looking for a professional Head of Housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort onboard. You will lead the interior team, coordinate daily operations, and uphold the luxury experience expected on a 90m+ superyacht.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and upkeep of all interior areas, including guest cabins, bathrooms, salons, and dining spaces.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, ironing, and proper storage of linens and guest garments.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of dining areas to meet luxury standards.
• Stock and maintain inventory of supplies and amenities, ensuring readiness for guest needs.
• Collaborate with stewardesses and other crew members to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Stewardess on 90m+ superyachts.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, travel internationally, and follow a 3:1 rotation schedule.
• STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate.
• Fluent in English.
