Head of Finance (Interim)

About the role

Camino Search is partnering with a global IT services firm to appoint an experienced finance leader on an interim basis. The Head of Finance will take full ownership of consolidated financial reporting for several international entities and will work closely with the Group CFO to enhance controls, processes, and the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated accounts.
• Own statutory reporting and ensure full compliance with local GAAP.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Oversee treasury function and cash management.
• Manage group‑wide financial governance and balance‑sheet reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and commentary.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and ERP implementation.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (practice experience preferred).
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation expertise.
• Proven background in group reporting within a multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership capability.
