GTM Recruiter – Global Go‑to‑Market Talent Acquisition

About the role

This position is for a GTM Recruiter based in France, working for a fast‑growing AI‑driven organization. You will design and scale a global go‑to‑market recruiting function, partnering directly with founders and senior leaders to attract top commercial, product, and technical talent across the US, EU, and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a worldwide GTM and cross‑functional recruitment strategy covering engineering, AI/ML, product, commercial, and leadership hiring.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Create innovative sourcing campaigns to reach passive, high‑quality talent.
• Implement and continuously improve structured recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Set up pipeline tracking, analytics, and reporting to monitor performance and optimize outcomes.
• Drive improvements in hiring speed and quality while maintaining a high talent bar.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth startups or fast‑scaling tech environments.
• Proven ability to build or significantly scale recruiting functions, including ATS workflows and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated success hiring for GTM, technical, and leadership roles in competitive markets.
• High agency, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
