About the role
Revolut is seeking a Growth Account Executive to drive customer acquisition and adoption of its Business product suite. You will join a fast‑growing sales team that operates globally, prospecting, onboarding and expanding relationships with businesses of all sizes. The role combines analytical assessment, solution‑based selling and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities
- Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build rapport through discovery calls, check‑ins and follow‑ups, positioning Revolut Business features.
- Communicate the value proposition of Revolut’s products within the competitive landscape.
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with team KPIs.
Required profile
- Fluency in English with excellent phone and email communication.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or telesales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Revolut Business products.
