Graduate Program Project Control Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is recruiting a Project Control Manager for its graduate program, based in Boulogne-Billancourt. The role coordinates resources and vendors to deliver multiple projects on time, within scope and within budget, and involves close interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of multiple projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs, and measure performance with project management tools
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage the client relationship, take detailed ordering briefs and clarify project requirements
• Perform risk management and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
• Create and maintain project documentation, delegate tasks to junior staff and track performance against short- and long-term goals
• Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis and attend conferences and training as required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal
• Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and multitasking
• English communication skills
• Eligibility to work and live in France

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus
