Global Workplace Manager

About the role

Spendesk is looking for a Global Workplace Manager to shape the physical and cultural experience across its offices in Paris, London, and Barcelona. You will be the driving force behind day‑to‑day operations, employee events, and onboarding, ensuring every Spendesker feels welcomed and inspired.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations across three countries, including logistics, safety, vendor management, leases, and relocations.
• Manage workplace budgets with creativity and rigor, turning each space into a living reflection of company culture.
• Track occupancy data and design initiatives to maximize space utilization.
• Plan and execute company events such as hackathons, parties, brunches, wellness activities, and all‑hands meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, office tours, and communication channels for new hires across all locations.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of experience in a fast‑growing startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site offices across different cultures.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and ability to act without waiting for direction.
• Data‑savvy mindset for tracking occupancy, analyzing surveys, and leveraging tools or AI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and resilience to shifting priorities.
