Global Integrated Marketing Director (Permanent)

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Global Integrated Marketing Director to shape and execute worldwide marketing initiatives that reinforce the brand’s inclusive and inspirational identity. Reporting to the Global VP of Integrated Marketing, you will partner with regional teams and external agencies to create scalable, 360° campaigns that resonate across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of global 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with agency partners to ensure creative alignment with Sephora’s brand DNA.
• Scale leveraged creative assets across regions, adapting deliverables to meet local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, including agency coordination, budget planning, timelines, legal review, and procurement processes.
• Define strategic messaging for globally led integrated campaigns, ensuring relevance and coherence in all international markets.
• Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and support to regional marketing teams during campaign creation and activation.
• Facilitate the sharing of marketing calendars, best practices, and insights across the global network to drive alignment and synergy.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience leading integrated marketing for international consumer brands, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑market campaigns and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering measurable results on a global scale.
