Manager / Senior Manager – Financial & ESG Communication

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to lead financial and extra‑financial (ESG) communication projects for its large international clients. You will join the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team, a fast‑growing group of more than 60 professionals delivering high‑impact advisory on complex accounting, transaction and sustainability reporting matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including consultants, experts, designers, translators and auditors—to produce high‑quality communication assets.
• Prepare and review financial communication materials such as universal registration documents, annual reports, press releases, analyst presentations and Capital Market Day decks.
• Address communication challenges linked to IPOs, M&A, regulatory changes, strategic roadmap updates and sustainability reporting requirements.
• Support clients in aligning their regulatory disclosures with new sustainability reporting standards and investor expectations.
• Collaborate with PwC’s broader network (actuaries, transaction teams, auditors) and, when needed, contribute to international projects.
