Consultant Senior Customer – F/H

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Customer Consultant to support B2B and B2B2C clients in transforming their front‑office functions – Marketing, Sales and Customer Relationship. The role combines strategic vision, project delivery and the development of AI‑driven solutions within a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial team.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create the strategic vision for Marketing, Sales and Customer Relationship functions.
• Lead and implement multiple transformation projects using agile methodologies and change‑management techniques.
• Coordinate business and technical teams to define and align on tool selections such as CRM, CPQ and TPM/TPO.
• Drive AI and Generative AI initiatives to modernise marketing, sales and customer‑service processes.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and contribute to internal team development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Experienced consultant with a proven track record in Marketing, Sales or Customer Relationship transformation.
• Curious, passionate and able to embody PwC’s professional behaviours.
• Strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
