About the role

The HR and Payroll Manager will join the Human Resources Department of ENSTA, a French engineering school, at its Brest campus. Reporting to the "Gestion administrative – Paie" pole, the incumbent will ensure compliance with regulations and implement procedures for staff administration and payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Apply French labour and payroll regulations to the Brest site.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and administrative files.
• Support the HR team in recruitment, training and social action initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Paris‑Saclay site to ensure consistent HR practices.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education or professional qualification in human resources, social security or payroll.
• Experience in administrative management and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of French labour law and payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
