About the role

The Agency Director for an interim staffing agency will be responsible for establishing and launching a new agency that reflects the values of Sovitrat. You will work closely with Sovitrat’s leadership to ensure the new agency embodies its core values and service standards while driving its growth from day one.

Key responsibilities

Pilot the creation of the agency: set up and launch the agency in line with Sovitrat’s values, defining its strategic direction and operational framework.
Develop a client portfolio by engaging in active prospecting, identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and establishing lasting business relationships.
