General Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

As the General Manager you will be the ultimate key holder for the new Boundless Life location in Annecy, ensuring families receive a memorable product and outstanding service. This locally based role requires you to live in Annecy or nearby and work in English while handling French contracts and official correspondence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high guest satisfaction and re‑booking rates by creating memorable experiences.
• Manage revenue, control expenses and keep the location’s P&L within budget.
• Oversee check‑in/check‑out processes, stock supplies and coordinate real‑estate growth projects.
• Establish local partnerships and manage subcontractors to enhance services and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Analyse market data to adjust pricing strategies and improve profit margins.
• Engage with guests for feedback and promote the property within the community.
• Lead recruitment, coach the team and maintain high employee NPS.

Required profile

• Right to work in France and professional written/spoken French.
• Residence in Annecy or nearby for daily commute.
• Proven experience creating memorable customer experiences and high satisfaction.
• Successful track record leading teams in fast‑growing or startup environments.
• Strong operational and process‑optimization skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing partnerships.
