About the role

Join Dailymotion's Website team to shape the core video‑watching experience of millions of users on dailymotion.com. You will work at the intersection of design, product and engineering, delivering pixel‑perfect, high‑quality interfaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship new features for dailymotion.com with a strong focus on frontend quality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate mockups into polished, production‑ready components.
• Own the visual and interactive quality of the product, pushing back when necessary to ensure the right experience.
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and keep the site fast, accessible and reliable at scale.
• Occasionally work on backend services and APIs to support end‑to‑end feature delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflow and stay ahead of industry trends.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in frontend or full‑stack development with a strong frontend focus.
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for creating polished UI.
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers and translate complex design systems.
• Result‑oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environment.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
