Freelance Enterprise Sales Director – AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to join 10x Team as a freelance AI Trainer. In this remote, project‑based role you will apply your sales expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑generated recommendations that support enterprise sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to enterprise sales, account management, and business development.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI‑driven recommendations on sales strategies, customer engagements, and contract negotiations.
• Develop real‑world case studies and scenario variations covering pipelines, CRM usage, forecasting, and client retention.
• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret sales approaches, compliance, and relationship‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Director or in a senior B2B sales role.
• Based in the EU or the United Kingdom.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, negotiation, and enterprise client management.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
