Founding Sales Lead (Outbound)

About the role

Inflowpay is building a hyper‑growth payment solution and needs its first sales hire to create an outbound engine from scratch. You will define the playbook, recruit future sales talent and shape the commercial culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch automated outbound sequences across the right channels.
• Run high‑volume cold outreach, handling replies and driving pure cold reach.
• Leverage Inflowpay’s proprietary databases, AI agents, signal‑collection, scoring, filtering and enrichment tools.
• Identify and automate repeatable workflows, continuously iterating the outbound stack.
• Build scalable processes for future team members.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Travel for strategic deals in major markets when required.
• Recruit, onboard and lead the next sales hires as the team grows.

Required profile

• Native English speaker (UK or US) with a flawless accent.
• AI‑first mindset; automation is a default approach.
• Strong B2B outbound experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Self‑starter who takes total ownership without waiting for instructions.
• High work ethic and genuine hunger to exceed targets.
