Food and Cosmetic Quality Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Food & Cosmetic Quality Expert to lead quality and regulatory initiatives for nutrition and consumer‑health products across Europe. The role involves supporting product development, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and acting as the primary quality advisor for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality projects for food and cosmetic products from concept to launch.
• Coordinate product development activities with manufacturers, suppliers, and laboratories.
• Conduct audits of CDMOs, suppliers, and distributors to verify compliance.
• Develop, review, and maintain HACCP documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Provide expert guidance on EU food regulations to internal teams and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in food quality assurance, QC or audit functions.
• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of EU food regulations and experience with food supplements and active ingredients.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively.

Required skills
