Financial Analyst – FP&A (Paris)

About the role

The Publicis Global Delivery team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A function in Paris. Reporting to the FP&A Controller, you will work closely with CFOs and finance leads across multiple regions, supporting fast‑growth initiatives and providing insight‑driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for all FTE‑related questions, handling forecasts and actuals for multiple centers.
• Manage and consolidate PGD FTE forecasts in collaboration with markets and regional centers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor management tools and procedures, ensuring their correct usage.
• Prepare and update monthly group reports, forecasts, and KPI dashboards, meeting strict deadlines.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in performance indicators across countries.
• Produce ad‑hoc financial and economic analyses to support business decisions and performance improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in finance management or FP&A.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
• International exposure with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
