Retail Fund Manager

About the role

ARCHIMED is seeking an experienced Retail Fund Manager to lead the structuring, launch, and lifecycle management of retail vehicles such as ELTIFs, FCPRs and SLPs in Lyon, France.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and launch of retail funds, preparing documentation, PRIIPs KID, prospectuses and AMF filings.
• Manage fund lifecycle events including amendments, redemption policy updates, extensions and wind‑downs, coordinating with depositaries, administrators, legal counsel and auditors.
• Oversee portfolio management tasks such as NAV validation, allocation monitoring, liquidity management and compliance with investment restrictions.
• Act as the primary contact for AMF interactions, monitoring submissions, marketing authorisations and ESG disclosures.
• Support investor relations and distribution partners during roadshows, onboarding and reporting.

Required profile

• 6–12 years of experience as an investment manager in a retail fund within an AMF‑authorised asset management firm.
• Proven track record structuring unlisted retail vehicles across multiple asset classes.
• Hands‑on experience with AMF processes, ROSA submissions and regulatory dialogue.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

• Deep knowledge of ELTIF 2.0, AIFMD/II, MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR and DORA regulations.
• Fund structuring and lifecycle management.
• Regulatory compliance and AMF engagement.
• Investment committee governance and eligibility assessment.
