Finance Transformation PMO (Remote/F/M)

About the role

Betclic is seeking a Finance Transformation PMO to coordinate a strategic finance transformation program that will unify the finance functions of Betclic, Tipico, Admiral and Banijay Gaming. The role is primarily remote for candidates based in France or Malta, with a requirement to work on‑site in Bordeaux or Sliema at least four days per month.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall Finance Transformation roadmap and delivery plan across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated program plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies and critical paths.
• Organise and facilitate governance forums, steering committees and program reviews, preparing agendas, minutes and action trackers.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, reporting packs and executive‑level updates for senior leadership.
• Monitor progress against objectives, KPIs and transformation success metrics.
• Maintain the program RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale finance transformation or program management initiatives.
• Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, HR, Legal and other business functions.
• Excellent governance, reporting and risk‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; French or other EU language is a plus.
