Finance & Strategy – Strategy & Planning

About the role

Alan is looking for a Finance & Strategy professional to join its Strategy & Planning team in Paris. You will work closely with business units and C‑level leaders to shape the company’s financial roadmap, drive performance, and support the transition to a prevention‑focused insurance model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s business plan, targeting profitable growth, margin expansion and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, providing insights to senior leadership and investors.
• Lead financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely data for the board, regulators (e.g., ACPR) and tax authorities.
• Build and own finance data and tooling infrastructure, including models and pipelines that connect business operations to financial reality.
• Collaborate with functional poles such as Treasury, Procurement and M&A, taking end‑to‑end ownership of their financial aspects.
