Accountant – Financial Reporting

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a rigorous, hands‑on accountant to own its closing production process. You will join the Financial Reporting team, ensuring that every number in the books is accurate, timely, and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Produce accurate financial statements and reports for the board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Maintain the single source of truth for financial data, ensuring data integrity across the organization.
• Support audit processes and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ACPR).
• Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and M&A teams to align financial data with operational realities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on accountant with solid experience in financial reporting and month‑end close.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, ready to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
