Financial Controller - International Perimeter

About the role

Alan is looking for a forward‑thinking finance professional to own the financial controlling of its international entities. You will join the Financial Controlling team, acting as the feedback engine of the finance system and ensuring accurate, timely financial information across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Steer Alan’s financial performance through business planning, operational monitoring and investor relations.
• Produce and own financial reporting for the board, leadership team, tax authorities and regulators.
• Build and maintain the core finance data and tooling infrastructure, linking business operations to financial reality.
• Collaborate with functional poles such as Treasury, Procurement and M&A, providing end‑to‑end ownership of their financial domains.
• Support decision‑making processes and challenge the status‑quo to drive strategic bets grounded in financial reality.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial controlling and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, international environment and communicate financial insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable with building processes and influencing strategic decisions.
