Field Sales Representative – Outdoor Fashion (Annecy)

About the role

We are looking for a field‑based Sales Representative to champion killtec’s outdoor and leisure fashion brands in the Annecy region. Reporting to the sales department, you will act as the brand ambassador, driving both sell‑in and sell‑out across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of retail partners, growing sales from the Annecy showroom.
• Strengthen killtec’s market position by providing expert consultation and acquiring new strategic customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, delivering regular feedback to the head office.
• Train and inspire retail teams, ensuring high merchandising standards and optimal shelf presence.
• Represent the brands at trade fairs and industry events, sharing product storytelling and technical benefits.
• Organise and maintain the local showroom independently and implement regional marketing and promotion activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales back‑office to align territory plans.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B field‑sales experience, preferably in the French sports/outdoor sector.
• Deep understanding of French distribution channels for sports and textile retail.
• Proven ability to position a brand within a specific territory.
• Valid driver’s licence is mandatory.

• Professional, communicative and convincing demeanor.
• High level of autonomy and systematic working style.
• Proficiency with current IT tools and CRM reporting.
