Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As an Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist you will shape Exyte’s future by sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier talent, primarily for France and Italy. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and collaborate closely with hiring managers across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360‑degree recruiting in a fast‑growing international environment, handling end‑to‑end processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using active sourcing tools, database searches, advertising and social media.
• Hold weekly catch‑ups with project teams and hiring managers to ensure efficient progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Chair interviews where possible and ensure a relentless commitment to hiring the best talent.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain accurate MI such as cost per hire and source metrics.
• Support recruitment activities in other countries when needed.

Required profile

• Completed degree or commercial apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Multiple years of professional recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) in construction, engineering or a similar sector.
• Knowledge of recruiting market trends and a hands‑on mentality.
• Business‑fluent communication in French and English; Italian is a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Teams.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
