Experienced Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to provide legal support across a variety of sectors, including cloud computing, renewable energy, telecom, and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and the compliance program to ensure robust legal governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on cloud computing, renewable energy, telecom, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate sales contracts, procurement agreements, participation agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Support Huawei's Compliance Program on labor, environmental, and anti‑bribery (Sapin 2) issues.
• Handle disputes and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fully qualified legal counsel with at least 3 years of experience in a national/international company or law firm.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

Required skills

• Legal English and French proficiency (written and oral).
• Experience in compliance, anti‑bribery, labor and environmental law.
