Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will identify potential compliance risks in business activities and provide professional support and recommendations. This position supports Huawei's compliance management and risk control through contract reviews, sales project assessments, inspections, training, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews of contractual terms and business arrangements, identify risks, and provide professional comments.
• Assess sales projects for risks related to bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, and improper conduct.
• Support compliance inspections, risk assessments, and help identify control weaknesses and gaps.
• Develop and deliver compliance training materials, case studies, and drill programs.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, documentation, and organize regular compliance meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in legal compliance, internal control, or audit.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, and execution capability.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English (legal English) and French.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of compliance risk management and assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of EU/FR anti‑bribery and corruption regulations.
• Familiarity with competition law, financial compliance, trade compliance, and third‑party compliance management.
