Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Senior CRA)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is recruiting an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Senior CRA) for multi-sponsor large pharma programmes. The role is based in Paris or Lyon, with remote or hybrid working, and covers oncology, neurology, psychiatry, obesity, cardiology, gastroenterology, immunology, rare diseases and ophthalmology, across Phase I to Phase III trials. About 8 days of travel per month are expected.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sites independently, from selection to close-out
• Handle regulatory submissions and essential documents (ANSM, CPP)
• Review clinical trial data and resolve data queries in a timely manner
• Protect data quality, ensure protocol compliance and safeguard patient safety
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site teams

Required profile

• Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine, or a nursing qualification
• CRA II: 2+ years of independent monitoring; Senior: 4+ years
• Fluent French and professional English
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• Strong ICH-GCP knowledge
• Knowledge of French regulatory requirements
