Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Senior)

About the role

ICON Biotech, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II or Senior) based in Paris or Lyon, working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. The role involves monitoring oncology, neurology, psychiatry, cardiology, dermatology and MASH studies across phases I to III, with about 8 days of travel per month.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sites independently, from selection to close-out
• Handle regulatory submissions and essential documents (ANSM, CPP)
• Protect data quality, protocol compliance and patient safety
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site teams
• Mentor junior CRAs (Senior level)

Required profile

• Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine, or a nursing qualification
• CRA II: 2+ years of independent monitoring; Senior: 4+ years
• Fluent French and professional English
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• Strong ICH-GCP knowledge
• Knowledge of French regulatory requirements
