Executive Assistant – Investment Banking (France Coverage)

About the role

This position provides high‑level administrative support to senior investment banking executives covering France. The role involves managing communications, schedules, travel, expenses and event logistics while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle extensive verbal and written interaction with colleagues and clients up to CEO level, domestically and internationally.
• Screen and answer managers' calls and emails, take detailed messages and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Manage diaries, arrange meetings, act as gatekeeper and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Organise meeting venues, conference call dial‑ins, video‑conference facilities and catering.
• Book and coordinate travel (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport) in line with firm expense policy.
• Process monthly expenses using Concur, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement.
• Maintain the internal CRM tool and support client‑related event management.
• Provide ad‑hoc assistance such as printing, filing, ordering business cards and supporting recruitment processes.
• Cover absences for other assistants, ensuring seamless continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting executives at senior level, preferably in investment banking (Corporate Finance, M&A).
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong ownership, proactive follow‑up and ability to work under pressure.
• Discreet, professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
