About the role

Join the Eurest brand of Compass Group France as a Food Service Employee in a large collective catering operation serving 650 guests at lunch. You will work in a 16‑person team, handling cold food preparation and supporting overall service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish cold dishes such as salads, starters, and desserts.
• Ensure product placement and maintain stock levels throughout service.
• Assist with hot meal service, cash handling, and direct interaction with customers.
• Participate in dishwashing and cleaning duties to keep the work area hygienic.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong sense of service and teamwork.
• Organised, motivated and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment and interacting with guests.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations.
