Document Review Specialist – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for meticulous individuals to help train AI systems by reading, annotating, and classifying a wide variety of documents such as contracts, reports, articles, and forms. This fully remote, flexible contract position allows you to work on your own schedule while directly influencing how AI understands real‑world text.

Key responsibilities

• Read and annotate diverse documents to teach AI interpretation of structured and unstructured text.
• Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points.
• Extract and tag entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from the text.
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines with precision and consistency.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets.
• Work independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to process varied document types.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic, methodical approach.
• Comfortable following structured guidelines at scale.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No legal, paralegal, or document‑management experience required.
