About the role
This internship is offered by the Dispute Resolution Leadership team in Paris. Interns will work closely with partners and associates on litigation and international arbitration matters, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Prepare draft pleadings, statements of claim, and arbitration submissions.
- Assist in drafting procedural documents for arbitration proceedings.
- Support preparation for hearings, including filing at the Palais de Justice.
- Help organise conferences and contribute to publications.
Required profile
- Law student or trainee (Master 2) with prior exposure to litigation, arbitration or business ethics.
- Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a dual background (e.g., business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Motivated, commercially minded and able to work collaboratively with senior lawyers.
