Director, Business Intelligence & Planning – Europe

About the role

The Director, Business Intelligence & Planning for Europe will lead strategic initiatives that drive business momentum across client, product and operational domains. Reporting to the FAB Europe CEO, the role acts as the primary liaison between European operations and Head Office to ensure alignment with group priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Europe‑wide strategy covering coverage, product, funding and operational footprint.
• Manage and oversee long‑term, cross‑functional projects that support the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives with European stakeholders, regularly reviewing progress and providing solutions to challenges.
• Coordinate leadership team retreats, setting objectives and agendas to align senior leadership.
• Integrate strategic inputs into the annual budgeting process and cascade balanced scorecards across departments.
• Produce customer and transactional analytics to support decision‑making for coverage and product teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for corporate governance in Europe, aligning local structures with Group standards.
• Collaborate with HR to drive employee culture in line with corporate values.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business intelligence, strategic planning or related finance functions, preferably at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑border initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, performance scorecards and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to support executive reporting and internal liaison.
