About the role

The company, a fast‑growing regional group, is looking for a senior HR leader to define and drive its overall people strategy. You will be responsible for uniting and supporting a workforce of around 450 employees spread across 13 retail locations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the global HR strategy for the group.
Foster cohesion and provide support to 450 collaborators across 13 stores.
Lead the ongoing transformation of HR practices within the organization.
