About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director Territorial (F/H) to lead our regional operations in Vannes. The role combines strategic vision, territorial anchoring, activity management and team leadership to drive the mission of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the territory.
  • Oversee operational, managerial and institutional steering of the territorial direction.
  • Coordinate closely with the General Secretariat to align regional actions with national policies.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate territorial projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in managing territorial or regional units.
  • Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent understanding of public administration and institutional frameworks.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on local development.
