Digital Regulations Legal Specialist (France)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Digital Regulations Legal Specialist to join its Digital Regulatory Legal Affairs department in Toulouse. You will work with an international team of in‑house counsels and Data Protection Officers, supporting the implementation of privacy, artificial intelligence and data‑act compliance programmes across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess Airbus personal data processing activities and AI system mappings, ensuring regulatory records are up‑to‑date.
• Launch, support and validate digital regulation risk assessments (privacy, AI, etc.).
• Contribute to the creation or update of internal digital regulation policies, processes, documentation and tools.
• Support contractual negotiations on digital regulation terms.
• Manage personal data breaches and data‑subject requests in coordination with relevant business units.
• Perform digital regulation audits and report findings.
• Prepare and deliver training on digital regulation for employees.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Law (Master 2/LL.M. in ICT Law, Digital Law, Intellectual Property Law, Business Law with a digital specialization or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital regulatory or related legal fields.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
