Digital Product Manager – CorpOps Finance

About the role

Decathlon’s CorpOps‑Finance team is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development of internal financial tools. Based in Lille, you will shape product vision, translate finance challenges into digital solutions and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for internal finance applications in line with global strategy.
• Gather user requirements from procurement, accounting, financial control and treasury, prioritising the backlog.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and designers to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact features.
• Track adoption, user satisfaction and performance metrics to measure product impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product management, preferably in complex financial or B2B environments.
• Ability to turn accounting, invoicing and cash‑flow challenges into intuitive digital features.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Data‑driven decision making with solid analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• Product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
• Experience with financial ERP systems, e.g., Workday Finance.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau or PowerBI.
