About the role

We are looking for a Deputy HR Director (DRH Adjoint) for our Nord Normandie region. Reporting directly to the Regional General Director, the role supports HR management for a workforce of around 500 employees, a regional headquarters and specialised commercial agencies focused on bathroom and heating solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the General Director in overseeing HR policies and procedures for the region.
  • Coordinate HR activities across the regional headquarters and the commercial agencies.
  • Support the management of a workforce of approximately 500 employees.

Required profile

  • Experience in HR management within a regional or multi‑site environment.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership.
