Demand Acceleration Senior Analyst – South Europe (France)

About the role

SodaStream, a PepsiCo company, is looking for a Demand Acceleration Senior Analyst to drive commercial transformation across the South Europe Cluster (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal). Based in Carquefou, you will shape demand strategies, strengthen customer partnerships and ensure flawless execution of Perfect Store standards in mass‑grocery brick‑and‑mortar channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of channel‑specific demand acceleration plans across the four South European markets.
• Identify shopper‑value offers and translate them into actionable execution standards.
• Use advanced analytics and store‑clustering data to target high‑potential stores with precision.
• Define and implement Perfect Store (PICOS) standards for both physical and digital retail environments, monitoring visibility, availability and conversion.
• Partner with sales teams to develop Joint Business Plans and elevate strategic customer relationships.
• Track performance KPIs, diagnose gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial transformation, demand generation or category leadership within FMCG or consumer‑goods sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into commercial actions.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a multi‑country, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
