D365 Finance Solution Architect – 3‑Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to lead a 3‑month implementation project in Lyon, with a strong possibility of extending to 6‑12 months. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of onsite and remote work, and requires fluency in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution architecture for D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Translate business objectives into scalable ERP solutions and detailed design documentation.
• Conduct workshops, fit‑gap analyses, and stakeholder sessions in French and English.
• Provide governance, architecture reviews, and design authority throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution demos and proposal development.
• Guide implementation teams through design, testing, deployment, and hyper‑care phases.
• Mentor functional consultants and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep functional knowledge of finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, Tax, Cost Accounting, Consolidation, Intercompany, Reporting).
• Strong expertise in Project‑to‑Profit processes and Project Operations.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
