Customer Success Team Leader – Enterprise Accounts (France)

About the role

AB Tasty is looking for a Customer Success Team Leader to head its Enterprise client portfolio in France. Based in Paris, you will guide a team of five Customer Success Managers, helping top‑tier brands unlock the full value of our AI‑powered experience platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CSMs, setting objectives, conducting regular 1:1s, and fostering professional growth.
• Own and monitor performance metrics such as Net Revenue Retention, churn, renewal rates, and customer health.
• Build strong relationships with Enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance to maximize upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Drive retention and expansion revenue while turning customers into long‑term partners and advocates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Customer Success or account management teams, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding NRR and churn targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
