Customer Service Manager

About the role

Rotork is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead its French customer service operation. In this high‑impact leadership position you will shape the service strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure a seamless experience across the entire customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the customer service strategy for France, aligning with commercial goals.
• Improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through data‑driven initiatives.
• Lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Inside Sales, Contracts, Project Management and other departments to ensure fast, accurate information flow.
• Identify and implement process, system and workflow improvements.
• Use market insights and forecasting to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering performance and driving improvement.
• Ability to solve complex problems and lead change in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures.
