About the role
We are looking for a motivated law student to join our Corporate Real Estate / Environment team for a one‑month internship in July‑August 2026. The placement offers exposure to both private and public law matters related to real estate transactions, financing, leasing, environmental remediation and urban planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research in real estate and environmental law.
- Assist in drafting legal opinions, contracts and bilingual (French/English) documents.
- Support acquisition and disposal operations, including audit reports and contractual documentation.
- Help senior lawyers and associates with day‑to‑day case management.
Required profile
- Law student at Master 2 level (in progress or completed) with a focus on real estate or environmental law.
- Strong academic background, fluent in French and English; double degrees (e.g., business school, IEP, LLM) are a plus.
- Interest in corporate real estate, financing, leasing, environmental remediation and urban planning.
