About the role
This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2027) is within the Corporate Real Estate & Environment department of a global law firm. The intern will support both private and public law matters related to real estate transactions, financing, leasing, environmental remediation and urban planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on real estate and environmental law issues in French and English.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts, and other documentation for acquisition, disposal and financing transactions.
- Assist in audit reports, prepare contractual documentation, and support senior lawyers on day‑to‑day case management.
Required profile
- Law student at Master 2 level (in progress or completed) with a focus on real estate or environmental law.
- Strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- Interest in commercial real estate, investment funds, or industrial site remediation.
